Renovated Guest House

Remodel / Renovation

This lovely guest house was in need of an extensive remodel and renovation due to serious termite damage. The upper floor and roof were raised and two interior and exterior walls removed. Concrete footers had to be hand dug and poured before adding block foundation and framing new walls due to the old foundation sinking. We installed new windows and new pine flooring with hand-cut nails. The kitchen and existing bathroom were remodeled, and a new master bathroom was added. Finally, a new metal roof and gutters were added to put the final touches on this charming home!

Detached Workshop

New Construction

This is our custom 24×32 pole barn with a 24×24 loft, Hardy board & batten siding, custom handmade doors, and metal roofing. It is fully conditioned with electrical. This serves as our business workshop where we fabricate our bookcases and custom cabinetry.

Redesigned Kitchen

Remodel / Addition

For this remodel, we took advantage of an existing porch to bump out the kitchen and add a bay window to create a larger eating area. Replaced the existing peninsula with an island for better traffic flow through the kitchen, and all new cabinets and countertops.

Historic Farmhouse

Our 1890’s farmhouse – we gutted it to the studs, re-lined both chimneys, insulated walls and attic, new electrical and plumbing throughout, refinished floors, replaced windows, added dual zone heatpumps, new sheetrock, relocated driveway and added brick walk.
